Policies & Terms of Service

Booking Policy
  • All bookings for our Croydon and South London cleaning services must be made via direct contact, including text or email.
  • All appointments must be booked in advance.
  • A valid contact name, phone number, email address, and service address are required to confirm all bookings.
  • Prices quoted are based on the information provided at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will not incur any charges.

  • Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled service will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, or if our team is unable to access the property, will be charged the full service amount.

  • Repeat cancellations may result in a requirement for non-refundable pre-payment for future bookings.

Rescheduling Policy
  • Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours before the service to avoid any fees.

  • Rescheduling within 24 hours may incur a 50% fee.

  • We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time, subject to our cleaning staff's availability.

  • Consistent rescheduling may result in a review of your priority booking status.

Access to Property
  • Clients must ensure our cleaners have safe and clear access to the property at the scheduled time.
  • If our team is unable to enter the property after 15 minutes, a 'no-access' fee equivalent of 50% of booking cost may apply.
  • Specific instructions for keys or security codes must be provided in advance.
Payment Terms
  • Payments are to be made in full prior to completion of the service or as specified in your service agreement.
  • We accept bank transfers via our secure business payment method.
  • You will be given information on how to pay after discussing quote.
Satisfaction Guarantee
  • If you are not satisfied with any area we have cleaned, please notify us within 24 hours.
  • Your satisfaction is our priority. If any area of the cleaning does not meet the agreed standard, please notify us within 24 hours.

  • We will arrange a re-clean of the affected area free of charge at a time convenient for both parties.

  • Note that re-cleans only apply to items listed in the original scope of work.

Health & Safety
  • Our cleaners reserve the right to refuse work that is unsafe, hazardous, or poses a risk to health and wellbeing.

  • Clients must inform us in advance of any risks including pets, infestations, construction work, or hazardous materials.

Changes to Services
  • Any changes to the agreed service scope should be requested before the appointment begins.

  • Additional services requested on-site may not always be possible depending on scheduling.

Acceptance of Terms

By completing a booking with The Cleaners Circle, you explicitly agree to all the policies and terms outlined above. We appreciate your trust in us to care for your home or business in Croydon and South London.
